Dealflow Software Updated to v6.9

We recently completed a significant upgrade to our Deal Flow Network software. This upgrade was directed at modernizing the administrative look and feel of the software, improving the functionality of entrepreneur, investor and proposal administative tools, a new system for creating entrepreneur, investor and proposal lists, and many navigational improvements to the adminstrative area. A couple of new features were also added - a new method for helping to determine whether investors are fraudulent or not and tools for sending specific proposals to customized lists of investors.
